The installation process can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. However, on average, it takes about 1-2 weeks from the time of templating to installation.

You can purchase granite/quartz cleaner at all big box stores or use mild soap with warm water to clean your countertops. It’s important to avoid placing hot items directly on the surface, especially with quartz products. Always use cutting boards to avoid scratches and use non-abrasive cleaners for daily cleaning.

Yes, Rock Solid offers a one-year warranty on the fabrication and installation of your countertops. The actual granite material does not come with a warranty. Quartz does offer a warranty thru the manufacturer which can vary with each company.  

Yes, we encourage customers to visit our showroom to see our products and meet with our team. Our showroom is located in Virginia Beach, and we're open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. We are open from 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
